The Middletown Exchange Corporation, a local non-profit organization dedicates its mission to feeding and providing essential resources to the unhoused within our local community. With unwavering compassion and determination, our volunteers and staff work tirelessly to assist in the restoration of dignity of all we serve. Beyond just filling empty stomachs, we offer hope and solidarity to individuals facing adversity. We believe that the world will only be made better when we work together to help each other
Our reason
According to the June 2023 homeless count, it is estimated that 75,518 people experience homelessness on any given night in LA County and 46,260 people in LA City
